I want you to be confident that RESTORE is a good fit for you, so I offer a "Try & Apply" guarantee to everyone who buys an annual membership. You can get a refund if you put in the effort to try and apply RESTORE according to the steps below.  You have up to 30 days after joining to request a refund.

If you have a refund request, email support [@] sarahjacksoncoaching [dot] com with your request to cancel. You will be asked to complete a form to show how you tried and applied. This is the only way I will consider issuing a refund, as it helps show that you have made an honest investment of time and effort.

Please Note: I am unable to give refunds for any other reasons (unforeseen circumstances or changing your mind).

Here are the steps you need to take to show that you have tried and applied your membership:

1. Watch and engage at least 8 practice videos and watch at least 4 education videos
2. Attend at least one virtual class or watch the Zoom play back
3. Post at least two questions in the Questions for Sarah forum

To be considered for a refund, any items you might have received from RESTORE must be returned in full before a refund can be processed.

*The Try and Apply Guarantee does not apply to those who start with a monthly membership and upgrade to an annual membership.
